The hotel I stayed at during my city trip had a great restaurant, fabulously comfortable rooms, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and its attractions. They even recommended a great place for me to grab breakfast while walking around the city. Plus, the location was very central and made it easy to explore all the different neighborhoods that the city has to offer.

The hotel staff was not very accommodating when I had a problem with my reservation. They were unresponsive when I asked them to switch me to a different room, and even when I tried to escalate the issue to a senior staff member, nobody was able to help me.

the staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to assist with any requests.

The decor in the room was outdated and could have used a refresh. the noise from the nearby street traffic was quite noticeable throughout the night, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
